As a Project Procurement Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. We're looking for someone dynamic, ambitious, and eager to make an impact to join our team as a Project Procurement Manager. The difference our New Project Procurement Manager will make As the Procurement and Supply Chain lead on several Babcock Defence Programmes, you will be responsible for a small team of Senior Buyers and Buyers driving performance and value opportunities.
Day to day, you'll deliver value opportunities and levers, create, seek approval and implement programme sourcing strategies, deliver supplier relationship and contract management, achieve Procurement and Supply Chain KPI targets and deliver operational excellence

Essential experience
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
Membership of a relevant professional body, for example the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply at a Level 4 or above.
Must have SAT COM experience
Be able to read and understand technical drawings and can communicate complex requirements to / from supply chain will be an advantage.
The ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Obtain or have the ability to obtain BPSS Clearance
