Are you an experienced Project Manager that has successfully managed projects from start to finish? Have you managed site surveys to ensure delivery and installation of projects successfully? If so, this exciting permanent Project Manager role offers a challenging and varied opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in Birmingham.

With an attractive salary on offer of £35,000 - £40,000 + Company Car, you will work in conjunction with Sales, Installation, Transport and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time and to budget.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your duties will include but not limited to the following :

" Liaise with Key Account Manager (s) to agree Case Installation projects and progress of on- going projects.
" Carry out detailed site surveys to ensure delivery and installation of projects are undertaken in accordance with safety requirements
" Attend pre/phased/post site meetings and arrange completion of actions with internal departments
" Prepare and distribute programmes detailing delivery, access, working times and health and safety information.
" Liaise with manufacturing, installation and transport teams to ensure projects are achieved on time and in accordance with the customers' requirements.
" Maintain costs to ensure the Gross Margins are met and report accordingly on each project.
" Utilising company systems, raise and Programme of Works, Health and Safety packs, Site Surveys, Site Reports and Snagging Reports.
" Review snagging requirements monthly and liaise with necessary departments to ensure issues are not repeated
" Comply with statutory H&S rules and regulations.
" Ensure correct PPE is worn/used at all times, where required.
" Maintain a clean and tidy workplace, and remove waste regularly and correctly.
" Report any early symptoms of potential work-related ill health to the HSE Manager.
" Attend health surveillance appointments, as determined.
" Escalate issues, which cannot be resolved locally, to next in line and HSE Manager
" Ensure duties are carried out in accordance with defined Company and regulatory quality standards.

Due to the nature of role, flexibility will be required for hour of hours availability. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + Company Car. 25 days holiday + bank holidays. 8 % pension ( 4% + 4% )
