New exciting role for a Project Design Team Leader.

This is a 6 Month Contract

Our client is offering an excellent Salary of £25'600 p/a

There is also a annual Bonus of £1550 Per annum based on performance

Job Description

The main duties and responsibilities of the role includes managing workloads
capacity planning
creating build schedules and providing information flow to the Production department.

The Role will include:

• Update and oversee data entries and capacity planning
• Scheduling and conducting regular team meetings
• Reporting of KPI's for the Project Design, Production and Warehouse departments
• Manage, plan and book all transport requirements
• Maintain expenditure records
• Monitor installation dates communicating any amendments to the relevant departments
• Maintaining and updating the central database for assets and certificates of all equipment
• Arrange servicing of all plant equipment

The ideal candidate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage own time, work on own initiative, and achieve targets
• Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent administration and IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
• The successful applicant should be organised, able to prioritise tasks and execute them in a high-pressured environment
• The ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast moving environment
• Ability to problem solve
• Evidence of proven experience as a Team Leader
