The roleThe difference our new Project Co-Ordinator will makeDay to day, you'll be expected to work within government lead projects inside budgets from £50k - £250k. Function within a close-knit cohesive team. Feeding into the Head of Department.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll have a role that's completely out of the ordinary. Working as a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) which provides end-to-end delivery of all contract tasking and projects, Monitoring and processing of new work requests via the tasking system; and you'll report to a Senior Project Manager.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Timely and accurate updating of documentation, reports and systems to ensure adherence with contract SLAs. You'll also be expected to support the Technical Estimating team by creating bill of materials, collating labour estimates and returning quotations to our customers.
- Creation of invoicing schedules for customer invoicing.

This role a hybrid working structure that is not set to but not limited 2-3days per week onsite, due to high level security clearance within government lead projects.
Essential experience Competent in Microsoft Office software, including Excel (essential) and Project (desirable)
Experience in a similar Project Management Support and/or Work Scheduling role
Previous experience within the defence, construction or similar industry is desirable
It is highly desirable that you already hold SC or DV clearance, and essential that you be eligible to gain this if not
