Project Coordinator (FTC)

What is the purpose of this role?

Our client is currently seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to work for the UK's largest water and Wastewater Company on a contract basis until end of March 2018.

Forming part of their Strategy & Regulations team, you will effectively manage and track specific activities across their customer engagement work-streams in relation to the PR19 (price review 2019) programme.

This role will ensure the successful delivery of January PR19 consultations, supporting the team & programme lead in various aspects of this programme. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the customer & stakeholder engagement activities and tracking the teams' progress against KPI's as well as being proactive with risk management.

In return

This contract role (until March 2018) is based in Reading with an hourly wage of up to £16 per hour, depending on skills & experience.

What will this role involve?
Co-ordinate and track briefed activities, provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data as necessary.

Design & deliver effective solutions as directed, building on existing research or evidence.

Support the delivery of effective, proactive and targeted communications and marketing campaigns to build and enhance customer engagement

Input into the control and monitoring of costs against the Customer Engagement budget. Identify and report additional costs incurred and cost reduction/avoidance opportunities.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures and external Regulations and best practices. Includes relevant company policies and procedures

Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, take minutes and track actions as required.

Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

What skills are needed?
Do you have similar experience working in projects? Are you highly organised with the ability to coordinate activities and manage tight deadlines? If the answers are yes, look no further!

We are seeking an individual who is used to working flexibly and juggling a number of priorities. Your experience working in projects will demonstrate your ability to liaise at all levels and influence beyond span of control and to understand customer expectations, business procedures & processes.

Working in a utilities or regulatory background would be advantageous but not essential.
