Lovely office, very close to Temple Meads Station and connecting bus routes.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
You will receive a salary of £19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience plus quarterly bonus subject to performance.
You will work with 5 other advisors who will make you feel part of the team straight away, all they ask is that you bring a smile and a good sense of humour with you

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to join our Bristol based team to assist in
ensuring that projects are successful delivered on time and within budget.
As the successful applicant you will be required to build and maintain excellent relationships with
clients, suppliers and contractors.
Main duties and responsibilities:
o Answering incoming calls regarding fault support, logging and resolving.
o Data Management, including the support and management of internal systems
o Administration, including the creation of documents to support and assist the sales/technical teams and clients
o Ensuring all email correspondence and actions are communicated clearly, accurately and dealt with in a timely manner
o Procurement of goods for project delivery
o Liaising with clients, project managers and contractors on a daily basis
o Provide advice, solutions and technical support to clients
o Raise and resolve faults/queries by using effective diagnostic evaluation ensuring calls are logged and tracked efficiently
o Identify any system service development opportunities
o Excellent co-ordination skills with the ability to work under own initiative.
o Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal skills.
o Firm understanding of effective customer care process and wider impact on business.
o The ability to build and maintain strong compelling relationships.
o Ability to work to deadlines.
o Reliable, proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed
o Good self-leadership and the ability to work well as part of a team
o Good administrative skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
o Knowledge and experience within the communications industry would be desirable though not essential.
