£22-25k doe, temp to perm assignment.
Do you have admin / project coordination experience working within the construction or property-build industry?
Are you experienced in coordinating information between site, contractors and suppliers on newbuild or construction projects?
Can you work with limited supervision and enjoy autonomy in a hands-on role?
This is a unique opportunity working for a newly established property firm with middle-eastern backing, currently developing residential properties in the UK.
As one of the first new members of staff to join the Directors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the office and administrative functions for the company, acting as key liaison between site, contractors, third parties, estate agents and stakeholders.
Duties will include:
• The production of documents
• Scheduling of meetings and note taking
• Creating databases / spreadsheets
• Maintaining risk assessment and health and safety information
• Managing contractor lists
• Arranging viewings and appointments
• Supporting the sales process by liaising with estate agents
• Diary management
• Handling queries and general day to day office management.
Ideal candidates will have similar experience, the ability to prioritise, work with limited supervision and manage their own time effectively.
Attention to detail, accurate keyboard skills and knowledge of MS Office is also essential
Initially on a temp to perm basis for the successful candidate, main hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Benefits include weekly pay, paid annual leave, opportunities to develop and progress and shape the administrative function of the department.
