An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest, national Recruitment Agencies for a 5-month project recruiting LGV Drivers for a number of hubs across the UK for the busiest 6-week period of their calendar.
Pertemps are looking for an Administrator on a fixed term contract to join a project team based out of our Cirencester Office.
We are able to offer the right candidate an immediate start and the project will run until 17th January 2020 however there is the long-term potential for a permanent opportunity with our payroll team based at same office.
Previous Office experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided however the successful applicant will be PC literate with a high level of accuracy particularly in relation to data entry.
The role of Project Administrator is a key role that gels a wide-spread / field-based team together.
The main duties will include:
" Receive recruitment registration paperwork and check all details in application packs have been completed correctly
" Process data into our in-house systems and a web-based planning system in line with the deadlines.
" Carry out candidate background checks and driver licence checks on prospective Drivers looking to join our project
" Ensure all personal data is handled with utmost confidentiality
" Ensure all queries are investigated and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
" Liaise with members of the field-based Project team, provide administration support and coordinate their diaries
" Once the project has gone live (mid-November), link in with the payroll team to support with the processing of information from the web-based planning / timesheet system to our back-office payroll system
" Provide general support for the Project Manager
The ideal Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:
" Proficient with Microsoft Office.
" Positive, friendly manner with a 'can do' attitude
" High level of attention to detail.
" Ability to work using your own initiative.
" Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
" Ability to work as part of a team.
In addition to free onsite parking you will have access to a fully functional kitchen and a rest room at the Branch. We are located within walking distance of a number of shops/takeaways and 5 minutes away from the Town Centre by car.
