Programme Support Administrator
Full time - Temp to Perm
£13.06 per hour - 37.5 hours a week, flexible start time
Gloucester

My client within the medical industry, are looking for an administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis, out of Gloucester.

This is a general admin focused role with meeting support required, candidates must have the ability to minute take.

I am also interested in speaking with candidates who are looking for part time work for this role.
I am looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Programme Support Administrator with an interest in project management. This role will support the effective running of the team; ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high quality, supporting the overall success of projects.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various projects (e.g., meeting organisation and minutes), together with some project management tasks (e.g., maintaining risk logs and project plans and collating project documentation).

This position, whilst having an administrative focus, will provide an excellent development opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to learn and develop project management skills.

Applicants must demonstrate evidence in the provision of a high quality administrative service (e.g. good use of English and familiarity with MS Word & Excel), together with considerable initiative, a strong willingness to learn on the job and a commitment to continual improvement.

The role also requires excellent problem solving skills and the ability to use own judgement to find a solution and to be responsive to unexpected demands.

To be considered for this Admin role, you will need:
- Administrative background
- Excellent customer service, commitment and timekeeping skills
- Ability to use initiative with a proactive approach
- Motivated team player
- Data inputting skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages
- Able to minute take
- Able to support with meeting preparation
