Job Description

A leading UK-Based luxury yachtbuilder is recruiting for a Project/Programme Manager to join them.

Following an impressive period of sustained sales growth and in line with a strong new release schedule on the cards, the design and engineering teams now require a skilled and organised individual to assist them in the planning and timescaling of their various current and future projects.

Reporting to the Naval Architecture Manager, the role will include the following duties:

- Liaison across various management levels on new and existing releases
- Project planning, including setting gateways
- working with team members to set achievable goals in line with wider goal
- Internal progress presentations

This role will be crucial as the business continues to grow and release new craft, offering the successful individual a chance to evolve within the brand into a full Project Management role in time.

As an individual you will need to be very organised, approachable and analytical in the way you work. Of interest, but not essential will be a Prince 2 qualification, as will some form of knowledge of boats.

On offer is a salary of £30-35,000 plus benefits.
