We are currently supporting a highly reputable Training Providers that have won a new contract to deliver Leadership and Management Programmes
This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression.
We are looking for an experienced Programme/Delivery Manager with experience of delivering Leadership and Management Programmes.
This company offer a starting salary between £28000-£37000, Pension Scheme, 32 days holidays, business mileage at 45 pence per mile and a wide range of other benefits.
This is a office based position, which offers flexibility to work from home. The position will also require travel to support other delivery centres throughout Yorkshire
Typical duties of the Programme Manager:
" To formulate, develop, implement a high quality Leadership and Management Programme
" To design and construct a Leadership and Management Curriculum which inspires learners
" To take overall responsibility for all aspects of high quality teaching, learning and assessment within the Leadership and Management Programme
" Develop networks and relationships with key stakeholders.
" Manage, train, coach and motivate the delivery team who will be responsible for quality teaching and assessment of the Leadership and Management Programme
" Supporting the Quality Assurance Team so that "outstanding" teaching, learning and assessment criteria is achieved and maintained
" Provide accurate data for performance on learners starts and completions.
" Budget Management and supporting visits from Awarding Bodies, Ofsted
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Programme/Delivery Manager
" Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33
" Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent
" Hold a Recognised Level 5 Management Qualification
" Proven track record in managing the delivery of Leadership and Management Programmes
" Previous experience of Curriculum Development
" Experience of delivery, teaching, learning and assessment of Leadership and Management Programmes
" Up to date knowledge of Leadership and Management Apprenticeship standards
" Previous experience of using data to manage performance
" Knowledge and understanding of E- Portfolios, particularly One File
