We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our company on a 12-month contract.
As an Occupational Health Company, we are already delivering vital services to our clients by supporting their employees to return or to remain at work. Now due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our role is more important than ever and we want to support our clients with a valuable Covid- testing service.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading high-profile projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for a large project, managing up to 60 people and co-ordinating multiple streams:
Scoping and planning of multi-million-pound project.
Ensuring that project meets required clinical standards.
Resourcing - planning of resource for the multiple sites and liaising with the relevant teams (HR, IT etc).
Management of supplies, negotiating costs and stock.
IT solutions, working with the IT Team to deliver IT solutions to enable the delivery of the service.
Data management, ensuring that we are working to budget and producing MI reports for our clients.

The successful candidate for the Programme Manager role will possess the following attributes:
Qualified to degree level in business related disciplines.
An extremely strong leader with significant experience in a busy projects based/professional services environment.
Assertive situational leadership skills.
Experience and a working understanding of delivering projects through others in a professional services environment.
An organised yet flexible approach and able to influence/deliver through others across multiple projects.
Articulate and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business, from junior staff to CEO.
A natural investigatory nature and able to diagnose and resolve problems.
Experience in a Healthcare Sector.
