Logistics operative needed for an established global  business within the dental manufacturing sector.

Job Description:
Processing sales/supplies orders from various sales platforms/reports.
Managing customer delivery expectations by ensuring impression kits/supplies/final products are
delivered on time.
Working effectively with the production and customer service department to ensure information
for each product/order is provided.
Liaising with USA/UK order fulfilment department.
Packing duties to ensure orders/final products are dispatched.
Opening the post from various delivery carriers.
Invoice reconciliation.
Attend/run daily meeting with the operations department.
Booking International shipments via required delivery service.
Checking suitably of customer impression received in house or from various distribution partners
and liaising with customer service recovery department if any queries/ product suitability issues
with any impressions. Recording of pass/fail rate and reasons of impressions received.
Booking orders into the system.
Scanning of impressions.
Stock control
General administrative & cleaning duties.

Skills required:
Excellent computer skills - Go-ogle g suite package
Working to deadlines and able to prioritise workload.
Attention to detail.
Communication skills.
Able to work as part of a team & independently.
Lean manufacturing / SOE experience

Personal qualities:
Hardworking, enthusiastic, & punctual.
Friendly, approachable and able to use their own initiative.

Hours of work:
Mon – Fri 7 am- 8 pm (Predominantly 8am - 4.00/4.30pm) 30 minutes lunch x 2 10 min breaks -
37.5/40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role some bank holiday/weekend working will
be required.
