Product Lead - Consultancy - London

They are winning project after project and supporting the UK and even further with the impact of Covid-19, where they are using their expertise in tech to contribute where they can to the global effort to tackle the pandemic. Due the success of this year and 2021 plans they are hiring multiple Product Leads, to play a pinnacle role across their agile delivery teams.
This is a big role. As a Product Lead, you'll be a key player across agile Delivery teams. What's more, you will own the entire end-to-end process of your product, and you will be the name and face for its' quality and maturity. You'll work really closely with the Business Analysts Product Consultants, leading them on your project and making sure that their processes are being done correctly.
Alongside the BA's and Product Consultants, you'll work really closely with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects, and you'll get involved regularly with senior level stakeholders, devising goal-oriented roadmaps, gaining buy-in from them, there's plenty different parts of the business for you to communicate with, learn from, and get to know!
Whilst this is a Product role, to succeed in this position you need to have been a Business Analyst at some point in your career. You might even be one now! This is because you'll be working super closely with the BA's and ensuring that requirements-gathering, refinement and prioritisation processes are effective.
These roles are fully remote until further notice, and then after Covid will be a maximum of 3 days per week from their London office,
What you'll ideally need:
Minimum 5 years-experience as a Product Manager/Owner
Experience as a Business Analyst at some point in your recent career
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience defining roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders and gaining buy-in from them
Proven ability to lead product teams, providing direction and promoting good product management practices, across one or more agile teams
Facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
