Job Description

Insurance company is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support their Procurement team at their offices in Norwich.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 6 month period and will pay £11.50 per hour.
The Procurement Administrator will provide operational support to the Procurement function. The Procurement team are responsible for achieving value for money, providing support, advice and assistance to other departments in its purchasing and procurement activities. Duties include:
" To provide support to the Procurement Department to help increase compliance with procurement policies and processes.
" Analysing data and working with end users to help improve processes followed
" Learning how to run relevant reports and analyse data on PowerBi/Purchase to Pay (P2P) system - Dynamics 365
" Data Entry and analysis using Excel.
" Understanding and interpreting information.
" Maintain tools used within the Procurement function such as the Procure to Pay system, due diligence software and contract management database.
" Maintain data within Dynamics 365. Setting up new suppliers on D365
" Assist business with P2P queries including if required generating purchase requisitions and processing requisition requests from the business
" Assist and/or own supplier service issues until resolution
" Ensure that supplier agreements and other regulatory documentation in the Contract Database is kept up to date.
