Job Description

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Process and Data Administrator to work with the Covid-19 hubs in Tower Hamlets. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £20.00 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).

The role:

The role is a member of the Operations Manager's team, responsible for monitor data quality, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve business processes.

Communicate across departments and teams to ensure consistent processes for data entry including schedule and timetable, daily dashboard, administration for Monthly Business Reviews.

Examples of day-to-day duties running reports and manipulating data using tools such as Excel, Microsoft and Visio.

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare, manage and review spreadsheet material for decision making.

Data Accuracy- enters data into databases according to the relevant process descriptions (i.e. AccurX, Pinnacle, change management)

Reporting - collects and evaluates relevant reports and escalates non-conformance

Investigates and analyses data following end of day service, alerts and complaints. Produces specific reports as required by management.

May support other managers within the COV19-hub with ad-hoc tasks, i.e. internal data base advise, information distribution, special project preparation

Document business process using tools such as Visio

Streamline procedures and identify process improvements

Actively contribute to the council's priorities and outcomes in a way that promotes a 'one organisation' approach.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and communities to ensure the council and the directorate strategic priorities are effectively implemented.

Promote equality among all staff and ensure that services are delivered in a non-discriminatory way, that is inclusive of all disadvantaged groups.

Support organisational change and learning, following and implementing appropriate systems of self-development, communication and engagement, quality measures, monitoring and review in delivering the functions of the role.

Promote sustainability, including encouraging a culture of innovation and accountability amongst all council staff.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: N/A.
Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
Compliance: Current DBS check and references covering the last 3 years.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
