An exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Accounts Manger to join a leading general insurer and financial services company serving the rural community for over 100 years. As their local agency office in Stoneleigh, who deliver their award winning service and sell their product range across our region, championing the honest, personal approach to customer service they're famous for.
As an Account Manager within the growing team, you will be crucial to the success of an ambitious, expanding local business. Managing a book of new and existing High Net Worth accounts, you will be responsible for delivering fantastic customer service and utilising your specialist knowledge for the benefit of your clients.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within insurance and use this to think creatively to offer bespoke solutions for your customer base.
This is a growing business and you will be expected to use your knowledge to help support agents and developers in attaching new accounts.
You will also support the agents and office manager on continuous improvement and engagement, while helping manage a number of strategic campaigns. Driven and efficient, you inspire trust in those around you and with your experience in a fast paced office/retail role, you know how to solve problems ad-hoc and display the characteristics of a senior team member.

Working toward ACII qualifications.
The basic salary is £30,000 with opportunities to increase this. Due to the location and travelling, access to your own car is a must. Free parking on site.
