Ideally applicants would have experience with ASC, SEMH and MLD in a mainstream school. Additional qualifications such as Team Teach and Autism Awareness are desired but not mandatory.
Our ideal candidate will have:
-3 months experience as a teaching assistant supporting students with ASC, SEMH or MLD in mainstream KS1-KS2
-Experience with Team Teach or challenging behaviours
-NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Supporting and Learning in Schools or recent graduate
-Patient and nurturing mannerism
