PR Manager

• Annual salary: £45-55k
• London based with some regional travel

Following a brand and re-launch in early 2019 this creates and amazing opportunity for you as the PR Manager to take on full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution and measurement of PR, analyst & media relations campaigns. While ensuring the new business establishes and maintains the position of market and thought leader in its space you will build and enhance a favourable image of our company with current and potential employees and customers, influencers and the public.

Your task:
• Define a PR strategy to support core business objectives
• Plan, budget and deliver PR events, programs and initiatives
• Work with other group companies to align strategy, drive efficiencies and ensure best practice is applied
• Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits
• Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it follows company brand guidelines
• Check and manage campaign content produced for website and social media channels
• Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
• Determine KPIs for PR department
• Measure and provide monthly reports for generic and specific campaign activity
• Build long-term relationships with all relevant external stakeholders, such as industry analysts, regulatory bodies, media people, policy setting divisions government, etc.
• Produce content for various speeches, events
• Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
• Help in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials

Experience
• Previous experience as a Public Relations Specialist (6+ years) client or agency side. Preferably in a technology (SaaS), FinTech, Payroll or HR related business
• BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field
• A proven track record of successful PR campaigns
