What will I be doing?
As a PPC Specialist, you will manage advertising campaigns for several clients. The way in which the Marketing team works, you will focus solely on PPC and SEO, so should've specialised in this in previous roles.
In terms of past experience, you should have proven history in leading organic search campaigns, as well as paid campaigns too. This experience should include the design, planning and implementation of effective strategies for clients. You will be expected to continually research, review and test your campaigns, making changes whenever necessary!
SEO trends are also a massive part of this role which means you'll be keeping up with these all the time. Competitor analysis is very important too and should be done regularly for each client.
Who am I?
Ideally, you will be a PPC Specialist with commercial experience working in a Digital Agency. If you've not got experience working in an agency, then you should at least have experience in a fast-paced environment or have experience working across several campaigns at the one time.
The agency work across several different sectors so they aren't fussed about your background in that respect, but experience across different sectors will definitely stand out.
The client-facing nature of the role means that you should have an outgoing personality and strong Stakeholder Management skills. You'll be constantly communicating with your clients so again, prior experience of this would be really helpful! You should be someone that likes to put their own ideas forward and be confident enough to challenge clients and colleagues' opinions, if you feel that it's necessary.
What will I be paid and where will I be based?
You will most likely want to know this before applying. The salary range in place for the role is £25,000 - £35,000 with potential to go slightly higher for the perfect person.
With everything that is happening in the world at the moment, you will be interviewed and on-boarded remotely.
Once things are back to normal and the company is back in the office, you will be expected to work mostly out of the office due to the collaborative nature of the role. The company's office is based bang in the heart of Glasgow City Centre so is easily accessible by foot or by public transport.
