We are currently looking for several inbound Customer Service Agents, to work in a modern, newly refurbished office, with great opportunities for career advancement and in-role development. This is not a sales role, instead you will be helping customers with their queries.
If you speak any of the following languages this would be an advantage but not essential: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese.
No experience is required - if you are able to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and are willing to learn then we will provide all the training necessary!
As one of our Customer Service Advisors, you will handle contact by telephone, email or written correspondence. You will receive full training, to ensure each interaction is handled professionally and that each customer has their enquiry fully resolved to their satisfaction. In this varied and fast-paced role you will work as part of a team who work together to meet service and quality standards.

You will be joining a growing, fast paced organisation, for an employer that offers you free bus travel to work from Bristol city centre, along with other fantastic facilities, including an on-site Nuffield gym, mini convenience store, restaurant and coffee shop.
We have multiple shift patterns available so you can choose the one to suit you! Choose from:
" Part time 20 hours, day shifts from 16.00pm and 18.30pm
" Full time evenings, 37.5hours, working from 10pm onwards.
" Full time, Monday-Friday from 8am and 12pm or 8am and 10am.
All above shifts will include one weekend day in every 4 weeks with a day off in the week
We will be holding assessment days on the 17th/18th/21st/23rd October - this will just be for a couple of hours and it will be FUN nothing to worry about at all.
You must be able to start on 11th November and have no time off within the first 4 weeks due to training.
