|Salary||£28000 per annum||Sector||Professional & Admin|
The main purpose of the role is to provide professional administrative support to individuals and teams within their Cardiff office.
Other duties include:
-Being responsible for booking UK and International travel to include visa's, flights, accommodation, car hire (UK)
-Facilitating meetings-preparation of documentation, minute taking etc.
-Arranging and co-ordinating events, meetings and booking rooms
-Secretarial Support-typing bids, reports etc
-Covering reception duties as required
-Systems use including Business World
The right person for the role will have the following:
-A minimum of 8 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
-Previous experience of providing high quality administrative support within demanding and pressurised environments
-Conversant to an advanced level in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ideally In-Design
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ideally previous experience of producing marketing material
-Previous experience within the engineering sector would be an advantage
