Defence Equipment

The Performance Analyst role is based within our Defence Equipment business area.

Defence equipment stores, maintains, repairs and overhauls military vehicles and equipment so the UK army is able to train and deploy in a moment. As well as supporting vehicles that are already in service, the team carries out vehicle assembly integration and tests new vehicles.

As a Performance Analyst, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Analyst to utilise their analytical skills in an environment where they can make a difference

Day to day, you'll generate the business data to assist in early identification of issues and delays that may impact business performance and maintain Neptune Change Request reporting to ensure that SAP is developed to exploit the system to its full potential.

You'll monitor the business reporting and rationalise/exploit the Clarity reporting tool to its full potential and generate and maintain Reporting Documents for the business, to be used to demonstrate Business Performance both internally and externally.

Essential experience
Experience with producing Business Reports
Ability to deal with large volumes of data
Able to prioritise work load
Proficient in Excel, Power Query and Pivot
You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
