Our client based in Huntingdon, is seeking an experienced People Partner (Part Time 30 hours per week with some flexibility to work additional hours) to join them on a fixed term 12 month contract basis to cover for a period of maternity leave.
You will be responsible for supporting the People Team to deliver a professional, value added, people focused service to business leaders, developing strong professional business relationships to achieve cultural vision, values and ambition, coaching an d influencing managers, developing their leadership and management skills, contribute to the design and delivery of people skills training, undertaking the role of project lead on change management / restructure and the roll-out of new initiatives across the organisation, manage assigned employment relations cases, advising managers on legislation and HR policy & procedures including performance management, disciplinary and grievance. escalating complex cases to line manager. collation and analysis of data for reporting purposes to assist in development and continuous improvement.
To be considered for the role of People Partner, it is essential that you hold CIPD level 7 or are actively working towards, with demonstrable People / HR Generalist experience. You will experience of working on HR projects and will exceptional relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills. You will also hold a full driving licence to be able to travel between local sites. The salary on offer for the role will be £32,280 then pro rata to 30 hours £26,172.
