We are looking for a confident Instructor to teach PE to students that have faced barriers to education. You will need to have experience instructing or teaching PE/ Sport, and ideally have some experience working with challenging behaviour. This role requires a patient, and inspiring instructor who is passionate about their subject.
Teaching students that have been excluded from mainstream education, you will need a positive approach and an abundance of resilience. With small classes, this allows you to tailor your approach to suit the needs of the students that you teach. The team are fantastic and students are highly engaged in the PE curriculum!
- Teaching Physical Education to small groups
- Running sports clubs
- Taking part in whole school activities
- Inspiring students to push themselves
- Managing classroom behaviour
- Have experience teaching GCSE or BTEC PE
- Want to make a difference to venerable students
- Be able to build rapport with staff and students
- Enjoy teaching!
