Job Description

Are you an experienced payroll assistant, who is seeking part time employment with a leading company based on the outskirts of Kidderminster? If so this position would be of interest to you

 

Working on a part time basis covering 3 full days per week.

The hours of work are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday working 8.30am – 17.00pm with Free Parking onsite.

 

The purpose of the payroll administrator will be to process the payroll of the permanent  workers within the business and provide administrative support to the finance team.

Duties will include:

Processing of the workers weekly/monthly wages

Preparing reports within Excel

Sage Accountancy System knowledge is required

Processing holidays, SSP, Maternity and paternity leave payments.

General administration duties

 

Experience of running payroll is essential, knowledge of working within a logistics sector would be advantageous to this company.

In return the company is offering an hourly rate of £9 - £9.50 per hour depending on skills and experience. The position is temporary on an on-going long term basis at this stage.
