This is a home based role with travel to London once a month for meetings.
Salary - up to £20500
37.5 hours per week
Laptop and phone provided

Conduct regular and on-going analysis of employees Annual Salaries, Rewards and Benefits
Support the Director in the annual pay negotiations
Lead on annual pay review process
Providing annual benchmarking data
Provide management reports
Collate job evaluation results/job descriptions
Lead of occupational health and well-being
Skills and experience:-
Previous rewards experience
Previous experience within a similar role
Articulate and a good communicator
Proficient in using word, excel, powerpoint, outlook
Previous roles would be HR Administrator, HR, Personnel.
