Position: Pastry Chef de Partie
Sector: Luxury 4 Star Hotel - 2 Rosette Restaurant
Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £25,000
Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week (5/7 days - 3-week rota)

Located in the heart of Woodstock village, this award-winning 4-star hotel offers vibrant Lobby Bar and a stylish 2 rosette restaurant food, are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie.

What my client requires from the successful Pastry Chef de Partie:

  • Experience in Pastry
  • Consistently deliver high standard of food preparation
  • Ability to prioritize different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills
  • Good level of English language both spoken and written
  • Flexibility to work on rota basis is a must
  • A passion to succeed in a fast-paced quality environment
  • Have an NVQ Level 1 & 2 Catering qualification or equivalent
  • Have a Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent
