We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join an award winning organisation based in Walsall on a part time basis. You will be working as part of the Employee Relations team as the Payroll lead and will carry out all fundamental tasks of the Payroll process.

Job Description:
Processing payrolls from start to finish
Collating and processing timesheets
Arbitrating against electronic timesheets for accurate processing of timesheets
Completing payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
Processing employee pensions
Liaising with employees and dealing with payroll related questions
Resolving issues an queries

Essential skills and experience:
Sage 50 payroll experience
The ability to engage with clients in a friendly but professional way
Good knowledge of PAYE and Auto Enrolment Pension Schemes
Experience in processing a variety of payrolls
Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, such as Outlook, Word and Excel

Working Hours and Salary:
£9.23 per hour (£18k pro-rata'd)
part time over 5 days a week Mon-Fri
