Job Description

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Part Time PA/ Office Manager to join a growing company in Edgbaston Birmingham on a temporary to permanent basis 

The role and responsibilities 
-Diary management
-Preparing Presentations for the Director
-General office support duties
-letter writing 
-responding to e mails
-People management, 121's, system coaching, creating policy's and procedures for the business
-Creating business proposals
-Finance duties

You must have experience within PA and Office Management 
-Finance experience
-PA and office management experience
-Diary management
-Experienced in working with IT systems

The company are offering a salary of £28,000 pro rata to £14,933 for a 20 hour week which is flexible with working hours
