I am looking for an Office Manager (Part-time) £20,000 - £25,000 (Pro Rata) to join an IT company based in North Bristol to start immediately.

The Role

The role of is required to manage the Bristol office which is rapidly growing with an expected focus on facilities and HR administration. This is a varied role which is perfect for someone who enjoys having several responsibilities and able to prioritise their workload. The intention is to support the office as much as possible and ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently.

Some of your duties include -

Facilities:
  • Office supplies - paper, cleaning etc
  • Office suppliers - utilities (water, telephone, electricity etc), cleaners, landlord, furniture and systems (CCTV, alarms etc) etc
  • Kitchen supplies - tea, coffee, milk , visitor catering etc

HR:
  • Suppliers - recruitment agencies, pensions, insurance
  • Onboarding - supporting new recruits to ensure they are added to HR and IT systems, have the necessary equipment (IT, furniture etc) and are added to external contracts. Similarly to support in leaving process.
  • Visa sponsorship - Visa invite letters and home office sponsorship (training provided)
  • Health and safety - Currently managed by first aiders and fire marshals, but ensure adherence to relevant regulation

General office admin:
  • Organising meetings/lunches occasionally
  • Sending packages/DHL occasionally
  • Answering phone/door and dealing with post as required

Technical skills & experience
  • PC literate - knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers
  • Experience with HR policies

Personal skills
  • Organised
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external people
  • Motivated and keen to support as required

Hours
