I am currently looking for several flexible customer service agents working 20 hours a week no selling at all ! all we want are people that want to help customers with their queries.

We will be holding an assessment days on the following days
17th/18th/21st/23rd October - this will just be for a couple of hours and it will be FUN nothing to worry about at all ……
You must be able to start on 11th November and have no time off within the first 4 weeks due to training
You will be joining a growing, fast paced organisation, working shifts Monday to Friday plus a day at the weekend but you will drop a day in the week generally working 20 hours a week , in a modern newly refurbished spacious working environment with great opportunities for career advancement and in-role development?

Previous experience in a customer facing role is not essential, but you will need a desire to provide consistently outstanding customer service to all of our clients.
As one of our Customer Service Representatives you will handle contact by telephone, email or written correspondence. You will be trained to ensure each interaction is handled professionally and ensure that each customer has their enquiry fully resolved to their satisfaction.
Week 1 - 3 - Monday - Friday start time between 16.00pm - and 18.30pm - variable can be on different shifts daily
Week 4 - you will work Monday - Sun - working Sat OR Sun with a drop day in week
In this varied and fast-paced role you will work as part of a team who work together to meet service and quality standards. As well as interaction with external clients, you will have interaction with many of the several internal departments and systems to help you provide the best service. You will work with experienced Team Leaders who will provide ongoing training and support.
