Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch. If you have previous experience working within the automotive industry, along with administrative skills, and are looking for part time hours, we have an exciting role to be considered.

The successful candidate must be able to drive.

This is a Permanent, Part Time role, with 20 hours per week.

The hours are Monday – Friday, 1pm-5pm, £8.50 per hour.

Duties will include:

• Answering telephone calls and dealing with referrals, inquires and bookings
• Booking in customers vehicles and arranging transportation
• Creating and maintaining worksheets
• Invoicing and collecting customer payments
• General filing and administrative duties keeping all documents up to date

Skills and Experience needed:
• Previous experience in an admin or reception role
• Must have previously working within the automotive industry
• Good Microsoft Excel/Data Base/Word Processing Skills.
• Numerate and Literate
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
