Part Time Accounts Administrator

Salary £10400 - £13000 per annum Sector Professional & Admin
I am recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a small friendly manufacturing company based in Redditch paying £10 per hour and the working hours are flexible as long as there is cover every day so between 20-25 hours a week.

Accounts Admin key duties include:-
Checking company bank accounts printing off statements and updating the bank on SAP
Creating customer invoices/ credit notes and sending them accordingly
Processing payments and preparing proforma supplier invoices.
Answering the telephone and forwarding to the appropriate department.
Preparing payments for weekly paid staff for authorisation. This includes liaising with the external company accountants who create the payroll information
Preparation of debtor and creditor reports at the beginning of each month
Preparing and sending various reports including EC sales and intrasat
Quarterly VAT returns

The successful candidate will need to have previous accounts experience and must have worked on SAP and have various Microsoft packages experience. If you think you have the skills and experience that my client is looking for then please email your cv to michelle.laight@pertemps.co.uk
