Band 5 £25,655 - £31,534 per annum plus London Allowance and unsocial hours payments

Our Client needs a compassionate paediatric nurse to be part of their Clinical Care Team. Whether you are a newly qualified nurse or want to make a change and care in a holistically-focussed environment, our Client welcomes all disciplines of nursing to their varied Care Team. They are dedicated to providing excellent care while progressing you as a palliative care nurse. They will support you as you develop advanced clinical skills within an experienced team.
As part of the clinical care team, led by the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as planned and emergency short breaks. As a Nurse you will be developed to lead shifts and support the wider team to ensure high standards of care are delivered and develop yourself. They provide complex care support while children and their families benefit from their range of therapies at home or within their wonderful woodland grounds.
