Insurance Consultants are seeking an experienced PA to support their team at their City of London based offices.
  • This is a 9 month fixed term contract covering maternity and will pay between £30,000 to £35,000 pro rota dependant on experience.
The PA will provide high level of PA and administration support to all in office, as directed. Duties include:
  • Extensive diary management
  • To arrange and co-ordinate travel, flights, hotels itineraries, currency and visas for business trips, to include update travel insurance spreadsheet.
  • Organising lunches and dinner events
  • Coordinating Annual / Quarterly social and marketing events.
  • To answer phones, take messages and act as gatekeeper, as and when required.
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, as and when required.
  • To type and send letters, faxes, e-mails, plus photocopying and binding reports as required. Both professional case work and general management.
  • Assist with formatting of documents.
  • Accounts Payable duties, managing expenses, assist with preparation of monthly accounts
The ideal PA will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Previous PA experience supporting at a senior level ideally within insurance or professional services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills, especially MS Office packages.
  • Finance / accounts experience
