Outbound Call Advisor
Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for multiple outbound call operators for our reputable client based in Belper. You will be based in the digital sales office within the well-known business in the local area.
Our client is a nation known company that values all of its employees, with long standing customer partnerships providing them with constant work. This is a temporary ongoing position which could lead permanent proving that you are the right candidate for the role.
* Outbound calling to existing customers
* Listening to customers and dealing with any queries they may have
* The use of sales force to log customer dealings
* Managing email inboxes
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure that any query has been resolved in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide the customer with advice and assistance
The Hours and pay rate:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
08.30am - 5.00pm - Finish at 3.30pm on a Friday
Hourly rate: £8.58
The Ideal Candidate must have:
* The ability to behave in a professional and effective manner when dealing with customers to provide a first class service.
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent telephone experience
* Wide range of computer skills
* Understanding of Sales Force.com
