Organisational Development Manager
West Sussex
Up to £60,000 per annum

We are supporting a market leader in Medical Research and Development who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Development Manager to join their growing team based in West Sussex to support with ongoing change implementation.

Role Summary

This role will see you join the OD and HR function whilst reporting into the Head of Organisational Development to support with the improvement of the overall organisational capability through the implementations of OD interventions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute and help shape a newly formed Global OD Centre of Expertise whilst developing credibility amongst international business leaders. This is a great opportunity for a HR professional who has an alignment to OD and recent experience looking at; change management, management development and talent management for a large, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Defining an intervention, presenting back to stakeholders and executing across the UK and Europe
• Creating and implementing strategies with a view to provide progression and global consistency across the business
• Coaching and supporting the evolution of longstanding members to embrace change
• Working collaboratively with third parties to produce bespoke development frameworks
• Supporting HR Business Partners to enable cultural transformation processes within their respective client groups

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
• Prior experience within an L&D or OD focus driven role
• Exposure to working with challenging and ideally, international stakeholders
• Proven experience of the design and implementation of cultural change initiatives within a company facing a growth trajectory
• Methodical and consultative approach
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically
• Advantageous for candidates to come from Pharma / Medical backgrounds or other relevant, regulated environments
