To provide excellent levels of customer service to customers, and efficiently and accurately enter all hard copy customer orders received onto the computer order system.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Dealing with incoming calls from customers.
Collate all hard copy orders received.
Input hard copy customer orders onto the computer system.
Input hard copy stock and semi-finished orders.
Input glazing orders.
Input other hard copy orders including tint / coat only orders.
Maintain the audit paper trail.
Provide and maintain departmental administrative functions.
Investigating and resolving customer queries.
Knowledge / experience:
Customer focused with excellent telephone manner.
Excellent PC, data entry and administration skills.
Confident telephone manner.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
