ROLE: Operations Support Assistant
JOB TYPE: Fixed Term Contract

DURATION: 3-6 Months
SALARY: £28,000 Pro Rata
LOCATION: Based from home initially, may be required to attend the office in central London when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted

Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Head of Operational Strategy and operational strategy management team
Participation in Operations daily conference call and tracking of all items
Minute taking at DFC General, PT&R, Level 2 Health & Safety, Resource Planning, OSG, LOTrain and Ad-Hoc meetings.
Creating and submitting expenses forms and submitting expenses from company credit card
Tracking and planning of Trainee Driver courses
Tracking and booking of training courses - including booking of accommodation
Ordering equipment and uniforms for trainee drivers
Ordering of publications and stationary
Minute taking at SPR2 and other IG meetings
Tracking of the Operations Strategy teams' annual leave
Tracking of driver statistics
Data Champion for the GDPR project
Ad Hoc administrative dutiesKey Skills:
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Strong IT skills particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience minute taking
Service orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Available immediately and on an ongoing basis
Tenacious - able to take appropriate steps to get the job done
Ability to express oneself confidently, honestly, and effectively
Proven influencing and problem-solving skills
