Liverpool City Centre based group of companies in the services sector with a +£200m turnover invite a very experienced and commercially aware Operations Manager to join the team. The role is a vital one within the organisation and comes with the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the business especially within the sales, relationship management, IT and accounts departments.

Job Role & Specification
Undertake high level management duties and operational tasks in accordance with the direction from board and other key managers.

Coach, feedback and continuously develop team members, team leaders and managers ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and tools to deliver brilliantly.

Continually improving internal processes and procedures to help all functions run more efficiently.
People management including 1-2-1’s, team meetings and conducting regular reviews.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
A proven background of uniting separate teams to deliver singular commercial goals.
10+ years’ experience of inspirational leadership at a senior organisational level.
Senior management experience coupled with an approachable and personable nature.
Project ownership, coordination and delivery experience.
A confident, inspirational and motivational communicator to bring the best out of all within the organisation.
Confidence to be innovative and deliver new ideas to the organisation.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to coherently communicate objectives and feedback.
