19 Gales have the opportunity for a operations / bakery supervisor.
This position would require you to:
- Lead and effectively manage our team of bakers and packing operators,
- Ensure the operators work to the defined standards of performance and behaviour,
- Complete all quality control and HACCP document accurately and clearly,
- 100% compliance with food safety regulations, quality, house keeping and safety systems,
Also the successful candidate would be able to:

Our working week is Monday to Friday 8am to finish, approx. to 5pm.
