We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to join our training based client in Gloucester, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be looking after a team of 6 and will be accountable in their support of the General Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company, who are regularly growing their portfolio of clients, within the training market.
My client are a provider of road safety training across the United Kingdom.
" Management of 6 staff within the office operations
" Supporting the development of client relationships through excellent account management
" Managing the needs of the customer, implementing actions to minimise shortfalls
" Ensuring that the business remains compliant
" Support on newly gained business
" Management of office filing systems, including liaising with external IT support
" Liaising with the HR provider and ensuring the relevant tasks are completed in a timely manner
" Providing support to the office based staff across various tasks
" Facilitating meetings, seminars and workshops
" Diary management
" Providing administrative support for remote/site-based staff
" Supporting at business development based events when needed
" Assist the business' needs where appropriate
- Previous Office Management is a must for this position
- Experience using CRM Systems
- Previous experience within a Training Provider would be hugely beneficial
- An ability to manage people effectively and build a fantastic rapport with stake holders
- A career driven individual with the will to succeed
- An ability to implement their own skillset to the role in line with company values
Previous experience within the Training industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
