We are looking to recruit an Office Manager in Huntingdon for a small office of ten who are a part of a large corporate business. The future looks very bright and they have expansion plans in place for the next 12 months which involves bringing more staff into the office, hence this role. Also you will be in charge of the office move to larger premises so we are looking for an extremely well organised and proactive person to come in and make a real difference to the office.
The day to day duties will involve:
- Looking after all the administration duties for the office
- Ordering stationary
- Making appointments
- Overseeing office refreshments
- Typing from dictation or Audio - letters, contracts and meeting notes
- Proof reading when required by the team
- Oversee clients visiting the office
- Arranging meeting rooms on and off site
- Health and Safety for the office
- Set up webinars for the team and assist with training
This role is offered Monday to Friday 9- 5.30pm with an array of benefits including, generous holiday allowance, pension, healthcare, perks and discounts.
Previous experience considered could be from a variety of professional backgrounds but we would like to see one of the following skill sets with a typing speed of over 65wpm:
- Office Management
- Team Administrator
- Project Support
