Job Description

Are you looking for a part time role to work around other commitments or work around school hours? I have the perfect opportunity as I am currently looking for a part time Office Manager to join a successful family run company based in a remote location near to Redditch. You must be able to drive to be considered for this position due to the location of the company.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a starting salary of around £9-£10 per hour dependant on experience. The company can accommodate some flexibility with working hours but are looking for around 25 hours per week, 9.30am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. I am looking for someone who is available for an immediate start as the company require immediate support.

Duties will include:
*Accounts work to include:
- bank reconciliations
- Inputting invoices onto SAGE system
- Chasing invoices/receipts
*General office administration
*Filing
*Customer service/answering phone queries when required

I am looking for someone who has previous working experience of SAGE and with similar accounts support. You must also have a proven administrative background as this will predominantly be a standalone position requiring you to deal with all aspects of the running of a small but busy office.
