We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. Based in Leamington you will be working Monday to Friday with a salary of up to £23,000 on offer. You must have previous office experience to be considered for this role.

This position is working within a team of 20 staff and they are looking for a complete all-rounder. You must be flexible and understand the job has a wide range of duties which can change daily.

Main duties:
Responsible for all office supply orders
Managing all social media accounts
Responsible for updating the company website
Training and inducting new staff into the company
HR duties including creating contracts for new staff and keeping track of staff holiday
Diary management for the team
Meeting and greeting visitors into the company

Person specification:
Previous office administration or office management experience
Drive and have own car due to company location
Ideally available immediately
