The roleAs an Office Clerk, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you'll provide supply functions to meet customer needs.
Day to day, you'll work within the supply team being the focal point for the control and accounting of all assets.
- Maintenance of the stocktaking program
- Maintenance of all items held forward (Articles in Use (AinU)) on the station and progression of all mandated checks on these items.
- Placing and progression of all demands required for onward issue
- Ensuring all discrepancy reports are completed within the required timeframes
Essential experience of the Office Clerk- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to complete online training for the required computer systems that are used within Supply
- Must be willing and able to attend external courses, as and where required.
This is a full time role, based onsite at RAF High Wycombe.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
