Roles & Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls from customers and clients
* Filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
* General office admin support
* Posting advertisements via an in-house system
* Managing office post
* Managing a busy email mailbox
* Creating accounts and profiles via in-house system
* Occasional reception cover
* 12 months experience working as an administrator
* Good customer service skills
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
* 37.5 hours per week
