Job Description

£18,000 - £20,000 per annum
* Working from home due to Covid-19 but eventually based in offices in the Marsh Barton area
* Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
* 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Baker Snell are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator. This is a newly created role to provide support to a growing team of field-based Engineers. The successful candidate will be carrying out the following duties:
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
* Preparing quotes
* Scheduling Engineers diaries and workloads
* Ad-Hoc PA duties for MD (dealing with vehicle insurance etc)
* Following up on enquiries
* Updating clients on timescales and proposed works
* Monitoring service plans and calling to renew
* Processing and issuing invoices using Xero
* Any other associated office administration.
A proactive, customer focussed approach is essential and there is opportunity to grow with the company as it expands. You will need to be confident and competent at using IT systems and will need to work independently with minimal supervision as this role will be stand alone for most of the time.
