£8.21 per hour
Temporary until September

Please only apply for this position if you are seeking temporary work until September and are flexible to work Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 8:00pm (8 hours a day) and every 2nd Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm (would get Friday off).

A temporary position until September for an Office Administrator & Receptionist candidate has arisen with a well-known beauty clinic in Liverpool city centre. You would be working within a well-established team and be involved in most aspects of both front of house duties and back office work. The hourly rate for the role is £8.21 and you must be available until September to carry out the assignment. You must also be flexible to work Monday to Friday between 9:30am to 8:00pm (8 hours a day) and every second Saturday working 9:30am to 5:00pm (would get Friday off).

The main duties of an Office Administrator are;
  • Meet and greet clients to the clinic
  • Respond to general enquiries via phone and visitors
  • Handle bookings and manage diary
  • Processing patient information and records
  • Scanning and data entry
  • Deal with any complaints or issues
  • Support the wider office team
  • Any other general administration/office duties required
